1、 Core functions and testing principles

Definition of elasticity
Elasticity refers to the ability of a blade to return to a straight state after being bent and compressed. The three-point bending method is used to simulate the stress state: the blade is placed on two support points to form a span, and the loading point is pressed in the middle (the force value is adjustable). The recovery deformation after bending is measured.

Testing process

Select the corresponding specifications of the mold column and mold base, and place the cleaning blade;

Move the mold column down to the Wan full contact blade and maintain pressure10 seconds;

After resetting, remove the blade and visually inspect for breakage or permanent deformation.
