2、 Selection criteria for matching screws
According to the technical parameters provided by the 1688 platform supplier, the matching screws must meet the following requirements:
1. Material matching: 316 stainless steel screws (M8 × 25 specification) must be selected to form a complete anti-corrosion system with the switch body. Ordinary 304 stainless steel screws may experience crevice corrosion in chlorine containing environments.
2. Mechanical properties: The tensile strength of the screw should be ≥ 500MPa, and the yield strength should be ≥ 210MPa to ensure that it does not loosen under vibration environment.
3. Anti loosening treatment: It is recommended to use anti loosening nuts with nylon locking rings or in combination with spring washers.

3、 Installation operation specifications
1. Preprocessing stage:
-Clean the installation contact surface with isopropanol
-Check if there are burrs in the threaded hole (can be trimmed with an M8 tap)
-Prepare a torque wrench (with a set value of 15N · m)

2. Installation steps:
① Attach the switch base tightly to the installation surface, paying attention to the flatness of the sealing gasket
② Pre tighten all screws by hand first to ensure no deviation
③ Tighten twice in diagonal order (50% torque first, then 100%)
④ Use a dial gauge to check the flatness of the switch base (≤ 0.1mm)

3. Debugging points:
-Wear resistant rubber sleeves should be installed at the contact part between the action rod and the belt
-When simulating deviation testing, reliable action should be taken when the belt offset reaches 15% of the bandwidth
-Regularly check the tightening status of screws (it is recommended to conduct monthly inspections)

4、 Common problem solutions
1. Rust treatment of screws:
When brown rust spots are found on the screws, 316L stainless steel special rust removal paste should be used immediately for treatment, and new anti loosening washers should be replaced. Do not use a wire brush for cleaning to avoid damaging the passivation film.

2. Vibration loosening prevention:
In high-frequency vibration situations, it is recommended to use the following three methods to enhance the anti loosening effect:
① Apply Loctite 243 thread locking agent to the threaded area
② Tighten the top with double nuts
③ Replace with all metal locking nuts

3. Sealing performance optimization:
For humid environments, a butyl rubber sealing cap (specification M8-9.5) can be added to the screw head, or an appropriate amount of PTFE tape can be wrapped around the threaded area.
