Due to various reasons, the actual position of the cylinder may deviate from the design position during operation, coupled with harsh on-site working conditions and other factors. The induction distance of ordinary magnetic switches is between 3-5mm, and feedback signals can only be detected after the cylinder has moved to the design position. Moreover, their dust and heat resistance are weak, resulting in a high failure rate. This detector utilizes an extended detection distance, with an action interval of up to 60mm.

The long-distance sensing switch SR-CJGY60-AC220 can be installed at the end of the stroke or at any position in the middle of the stroke.

For situations where the magnetic switch needs to be installed in the middle of the stroke (such as stopping the piston at a certain position in the middle of the stroke), the installation position of the switch can be determined as follows. At the stop position of the piston, fix the piston and allow the magnetic switch to move left and right above the piston. Find the position where the switch starts to engage, and the middle position of the left and right engagement positions is the high sensitivity position of the switch. The magnetic switch should be fixed in this high sensitivity position.
