Precautions for using proximity switches:
1. DC type switches must use a DC stabilized voltage power supply, and ensure that the ripple Vpp of the stabilized voltage power supply is ≤ 10%. The secondary AC power supply of the insulation transformer is rectified by full wave and filtered by electrolytic capacitors (usually 470-1000uF), and then powered by a DC stabilizer. (Special note: Cannot be used without capacitor filtering).
2. Two wire switches must be loaded and then connected to the power supply. Directly connecting the power supply will damage the switch.
3. The switch shall not be used beyond the rated technical parameters.
4. It is strictly prohibited to connect wires with electricity, and wiring must be strictly in accordance with the color markings on the wiring diagram. Considering the impact of the usage environment, adjust the distance between the switch sensing surface and the detection object, generally taking 80% of the rated operating distance Se.
5. If there are high-voltage and power lines passing through the vicinity of the wiring switch, to prevent the switch from being affected by induction, misoperation or damage, please shield it with a separate metal tube.
