The tear detection device SBN-E5Q6-KYA operates with a power supply of 220V. The tear detection device is designed to provide reliable protection for expensive belts. The detector can provide a quotation signal or shut down the conveyor when the eye belt is torn, broken, overlapped, or cut by sharp objects. Tear detectors are installed in pairs on both sides of the conveyor belt, with two sections of steel wire rope connected (the steel wire rope is covered with a plastic outer protective layer). One end of the rope is fixed on the support bracket to prevent loss of the rope, and the other end is connected to the spring ball of the tear switch. The two steel ropes form a closed loop under the belt. When an object or torn belt is suspended and falls onto one or two steel ropes, the spring ball is pulled out of the base, and the tear switch sends an alarm signal or a stop signal. After the accident is handled, the spring ball is reinstalled into the base, and the tear switch eliminates the alarm signal, providing reliable and stable alarm and stop protection for possible damage to the conveyor belt. Although the detector is far away from the simple, it plays a very important role. The sturdy shell, heavy-duty structure, and simple installation method make the detector work in any harsh environment.

working principle:

The longitudinal tear detector consists of two parts: a sensing box and a control box. The sensor is the detection element for longitudinal tearing. When the tape is torn during operation, the sensor can reliably detect it and output a switch value. The control box receives the signal from the sensor, controls the relay to act, and outputs a switch value to the control room to achieve automatic emergency stop. At the same time, the panel alarm indicator flashes, and the control circuit locks. To restore the control circuit to normal, the reset button on the panel can be pressed. In addition, there is a self calibration button on the panel. When this button is pressed, it can simulate a tearing fault and verify the operation of the control system.

The anti tear switch consists of two parts: a sensor and a control circuit. The sensor is a detection element for longitudinal tearing. When the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor is penetrated by foreign materials, the sensor is squeezed by the foreign objects driven by the operation of the conveyor belt, or when the sensor arranged at the discharge port is squeezed due to material blockage between the chute discharge port and the conveyor belt, the sensor can sensitively and reliably detect the tearing signal of the conveyor belt and output a switch signal, issuing a shutdown signal.
